Tyler Rentfro is Director of Acquisitions and Capital Markets at Henley Capital. In this capacity, his responsibilities include sourcing new investment opportunities and capitalizing new ventures.

Prior to Henley Capital, Tyler was a capital markets broker at a publicly traded firm, where he was responsible for financing a wide array of asset classes on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial real estate investors. During his tenure, he structured numerous capital solutions including senior mortgages, participating debt, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and joint venture equity.

Tyler is a Dallas native, who earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Lutheran University. Additionally, Tyler is active in TREC, as he was a member of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2022.
