Nancy oversees the finance, accounting, and treasury operations at Henley Capital; she is responsible for preparing and analyzing all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data reports to assess the performance of each investment. She ensures operational compliance with loan covenants and company agreements by tracking financial KPIs and monitoring the growth, stability and profitability of each asset.

In addition to communication with Lenders and her Investor Relations duties for Henley Capital, she maintains relationships with Brokers, Financial Institutions, Counsel, Insurance Carriers, and Title Companies. As the Due-Diligence Coordinator for all transactions—financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and closings—she also has significant experience across the lifecycle of an asset.

Since beginning her career at Henley Capital in May 2019, Nancy has been directly involved in over $357 million of real estate transactions and currently oversees the financial assessment of a $250M+ investment portfolio.

Nancy is a born and bred Dallasite, as well as an alumna of the Hockaday School and Southern Methodist University. Post-graduation, she began working at Henley & Henley Law Firm and less than a year later transitioned to Henley Capital where she discovered her true passion for real estate. Outside of CRE and quality time with friends and family, Nancy enjoys travel, art museums, and volunteering for Austin Street Shelter and Catholic Charities.
