Hudson Henley
Hudson Henley is Founder and CEO of Henley Capital. With nearly three decades of principal investing experience, Hudson’s journey into real estate began in 1996 when he purchased his first rental property while managing his own law firm. These days, Hudson focuses all his professional time and attention to real estate investing.
Since inception of the platform, Hudson has self-funded the acquisition and repositioning of nearly 3,000 units, predominantly situated in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Under his strategic leadership, Henley Capital has successfully self-managed a portfolio exceeding $300 million in asset value.
His visionary leadership has steered Henley Capital through the full investment cycle of more than 15 multifamily investments, consistently delivering exceptional returns to investors. With an average investment horizon of 32 months, these ventures have yielded opportunistic returns with an average equity multiple of 3.61x, a testament to the operationally intensive platform.
Beyond Henley Capital, Hudson is deeply engaged in philanthropic endeavors through The University Texas at Austin, AT&T Performing Arts Center, and St. Mark’s School of Texas. In addition to his involvement at The University of Texas, Hudson serves as a member of the Deloss Dodds Leadership Team.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Hudson enjoys experiences with his family, actively traveling the globe, snow skiing, and supporting his son in sports endeavors. An avid sports enthusiast, he can often be found cheering on the Dallas Mavericks and attending UT Football games.
Hudson graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1991.
