Doug Willingham is Vice President of Construction Management at Henley Capital. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and project management, his core responsibilities include managing all construction activities for the firm. These activities range from value-add multifamily renovations to ground up development.

Prior to Henley Capital, he spent 7 years, as Project Manager for an established multifamily operator. During his tenure, he oversaw extensive multifamily renovations totaling $50 million in total capital expenditures across 30 assets. Doug started his career at a family office, where he was heavily involved in a large-scale scattered site single family strategy, and additionally, played an integral role in public/private partnership negotiations for development projects.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his two sons, Reuben and Beck. An avid hockey player, Doug served as captain of the Hockey Team while earning his degree from Texas Tech. Doug is also an avid woodworker and hunter.
