Logan Stansell COS, TCS is the Vice President of Operations at Henley Capital, where he oversees property level operations and marketing. With 11 years of experience in Property Management, Logan brings a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, financial reporting, marketing, LIHTC/HUD/Section-8, value-add projects, and employee development.

Prior to joining Henley Capital, Logan began in the industry as a part-time leasing agent in student housing where he rose to Senior Property Manager in the Austin, Texas market. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Regional Supervisor of Multifamily, overseeing operations in Oklahoma City and Wichita, Kansas.

Outside of work, Logan is passionate about The University of Texas Longhorns, his alma mater, and enjoys spending time with his family. Logan believes that to see significant growth, you must be kind, genuine and empathetic. This is a motto he instills in his team, and his family.
