Kim Henley is Vice President of Asset Management for multifamily and single-family strategies. In this capacity, she is instrumental in optimizing performance at the property level through daily oversight and execution of value add business plans. For over 15 years, Kim has been a key contributor to the platform, as she has been involved in the day-to-day asset management of over 3,000 units.

Kim began her career in Financial Planning and Analysis at Occidental Chemical Company. Since 2006, Kim has been an active real estate investor, and has been involved in more than 15 full cycle investments.

Kim invests her free time volunteering for Meals on Wheels and various other charities, as well as playing tennis, traveling to far-flung destinations, and cheering on her son in his sports endeavors.

Kim graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Accounting, obtained her CPA, and then received her MBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
